Keeping Preppers Meet Safe, Respectful, and Enjoyable
Preppers Meet is a practical, family-friendly event built around learning, camping, and community. These core rules help everyone enjoy the property, respect the people around them, and keep the weekend running smoothly.
Please review these rules before arriving and share them with anyone coming with you. If you are unsure about something on site, ask a staff member or volunteer before acting.
Respect and Safety
- Be respectful to all attendees, staff, volunteers, vendors, instructors, and neighbours.
- Follow all staff and volunteer directions while on the property.
- Do not touch staff, volunteers, instructors, vendors, or other attendees without consent.
- Keep noise, behaviour, and campsite activity appropriate for a family-friendly event.
Vehicles and Quiet Hours
- The maximum speed anywhere on site is 10 km/h.
- No driving after 9:00 p.m. except for emergencies or staff-approved situations.
- No generators after 9:00 p.m. except for emergencies or staff-approved situations.
- Watch for pedestrians, children, pets, and campsite activity at all times.
Campsites and Property
- Keep campsites clean and dispose of garbage in designated areas.
- Pack out what you bring in and leave your area clean.
- Fires are permitted only in approved areas and must be attended at all times.
- Pets must be controlled, leashed, and cleaned up after.
Alcohol, Weed, and Smoking
- No alcohol or weed outside your camping area.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
- Please be responsible and respectful of the people and property around you.
